INSPIRATION:

System Failure is about a computer program that decides its human counterparts do not appreciate its work and shuts down. The premise being that while some science fiction promotes the idea that technology will take over and replace humanity, this argues that technology does not understand the concept of self-preservation and destroys itself which in turn creates mass chaos for the human race. The metaphorical implications are open to interpretation. 

The poster works to give the needed drama of the movie to the audience without giving away the plot or process. I chose to use the mushroom cloud to give the poster that dramatic effect seen in action movies and to give viewers a recognizable image that signaled the end.
